Account Deletion
Need to delete your MezaSense account? This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed.
1. How to Delete Your Account
Since MezaSense is a reference app that doesn't require account creation, there's typically no account data to delete. However, if you've used any cloud features or sign-in options:
- Open the MezaSense app on your device
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account (if available)
- Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion
If you cannot access the app or need assistance, you may request deletion via email:

Please use the subject line: Delete My Account and include any relevant account information.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete the following (if applicable):
- Your user account and login credentials
- Any cloud-stored preferences or settings
- Usage analytics tied to your account
- Any stored search history or custom tags
3. Local Data
MezaSense primarily stores data locally on your device. To completely remove all app data:
- iOS: Uninstall the app from your device
- Android: Uninstall the app or clear app data in Settings
- This will remove all local Pokemon data, preferences, and cached information
4. What Data May Be Retained
For legal or security reasons, some data may be retained for up to 30 days before being fully removed:
- Anonymized usage analytics for app improvement
- Error logs or crash reports (without personal identifiers)
- Transaction history (if applicable for premium features)
